By accessing the Service, submitting an inquiry, or creating an FHNETWORK account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

FHNETWORK is a Philippine-rooted network that connects organizations, communities, professionals, and opportunities. Our work includes partnership and campaign coordination, community and event activity, research and insight work, creator and talent-related services, and the Talent Passport — a structured professional profile a person can build and maintain.

Using the Service does not guarantee any outcome. In particular, FHNETWORK does not promise employment, clients, contracts, campaign selection, partnership, sponsorship, introductions, verification, opportunities, or any level of income. Nothing in the Service constitutes an offer of employment or an agreement to engage you or your organization.

You may use the Service only if you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and, where you act on behalf of an organization, the authority to bind that organization. If you do not, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Please notify us through our contact page if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that it relates to you or to an organization you are authorized to represent, and that you will use the Service only for lawful purposes.

You decide what information to include in your Talent Passport and you can edit it in your account. The Talent Passport separates private account details from your professional identity.

Organization-side browsing, sharing, or discovery of Talent Passport information is not available at this time. Features of the Talent Passport, including verification and enrichment features, may be added, changed, or removed as the product develops.

You must have the rights necessary to submit any resume, text, or other content you provide, and it must not infringe anyone else’s rights or contain unlawful material.

You keep ownership of your content. You grant FHNETWORK a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, and process that content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you, consistent with our Privacy Policy. This permission ends when the content is removed, except where we must retain a copy for legal or legitimate operational reasons.

You agree not to:

• impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation
• upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deliberately misleading content
• submit malware, attempt to bypass security controls, or probe, scan, or disrupt the Service
• use automated means to abuse forms, scrape, or overload the Service
• harass, threaten, or harm other users, our team, or our partners
• use the Service in any way that breaches applicable law

The FHNETWORK name, brand, design, site content, and materials are owned by FHNETWORK or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any rights in them to you. You may not copy, adapt, or reuse them without permission, except as normal use of the site allows.

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, and data storage, and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their content, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service, including features of the Talent Passport, at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability, and maintenance or incidents may cause downtime.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and FHNETWORK does not make warranties that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors. Information on the site is provided for general purposes and is not professional, legal, or financial advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FHNETWORK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service or to an account where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risk, or legal requirement. You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to close your account through our contact page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms as the Service develops or as legal requirements change. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
